Public Relations Program Student Work

In the SOJC’s public relations program, our students practice real-world PR work in the classroom and in the field. They learn from industry-seasoned faculty, generate campaigns for professional clients in their classes and student organizations, and take on internships with agencies and companies around the state. All that experience makes them well-rounded PR professionals and gives them a leg up when they graduate. Browse our student project feed to see what our students are up to.

Students from the SOJC’s Media Innovation Lab worked with Deschutes Brewery to launch Party Bomb hard punch. The lab pairs students with companies looking for help with design, social media, and marketing.
SOJC public relations students collaborated with Lane Transit District to create a communication plan to reduce barriers and encourage public transit use among students in Eugene-Springfield.
