She also actively works with key donors in their cultivation, spearheads other SOJC development programs, and coordinates annual awards for all SOJC majors, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a thriving academic community. Jessika has represented the UO and SOJC at national conferences, including delivering presentations and collaborating with colleagues and professional networks.
Outside of her professional life, Jessika enjoys carpentry and gardening. These creative pursuits are often undertaken with the enthusiastic "assistance" of her three young children, supportive husband, and a plethora of furry family members. Summertime finds the Kaisers camping throughout the Pacific Northwest, while the other months are dedicated to recuperation, planning the next adventure, and indoor projects.
