Sherry Myers is an academic and career adviser in the School of Journalism and Communication. She advises prospective and current pre-journalism and journalism students. Before joining the SOJC in 2011, she advised history majors and minors in Middle East Studies at the University of Maryland.  She also taught U.S history, including courses in American women’s history and the social politics of American fashion.

Spring 2012 Student Services drop-in advising hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-11 am and 1 pm-4 pm in Agate 99. To schedule a half-hour appointment instead, call 541-346-2884.
