Members of the Lake Oswego Rotary established this $2,000 scholarship and asked that it be awarded to a graduating student from one of five high schools: Lakeridge High School, Lake Oswego High School, Hood River Valley High School, Newberg High School and West Linn High School.The scholarship honors the late Robert Bigelow, publisher of The Lake Oswego Review and West Linn Tidings. Bigelow, a graduate of our program, was an outstanding journalist and an avid Duck. He was committed to serving his community.
