Austin is a public relations/advertising double major. Besides being the University of Oregon PRSSA Chapter President, he’s also the Multimedia Manager of the University of Oregon Lacrosse Team. A busy, fascinating man, yet also a lover of all creatures and plants. Some say he also loves the outdoors, fitness, astronomy, reading, and most every sport under the sun or stadium roof. All say, however, that he loves writing. Known to eat only the finest of pizzas, and look up the precise meaning of simple words in the dictionary, which is pretty darn groovy.

Megan Bauer is a junior at the University of Oregon, and really enjoys the learning environment. Besides being the Treasurer for UOPRSSA, Megan also works in public relations for Flux Magazine and for a nonprofit called Tariro. She decided to go into public relations because she loves people and is interested in being the main line of communication between key publics and companies. Megan later decided to add the advertising major to her education because in addition to looking at the reactions of the public to companies, she also wants to be a part of producing the information they react to. In working for UOPRSSA, Megan hopes to learn more about the field of public relations and be able to take that knowledge into her career.

She holds an admiration for every little shop on the Oregon Coast. Jessica is always up for a game of tennis or a trip to the lake. She’s a water baby and is most at peace when on a jet-ski. Jessica has a knack for stressful situations and a drive for leadership. Her sense of humor is unstoppable and she truly believes that laughter can heal all wounds, at least for the time being.
