Wanted: ambitious hard-working aspiring newspaper journalist for Winter semester paid full-time news reporting internship at The Register-Guard
-Runs early January through Spring Break
-Write wide range of breaking news and features, including crime, fire, politics, public policy coverage.
-Get valuable working experience in a fast-paced a daily newsroom.
-Get great clips and a great addition to your resume.
-Previous newsroom internships or student-newspaper experience desired but not essential. What is essential: writing skills, an aggressive can-do attitude, and a keen interest in local and regional daily news coverage.
-40-hour-a-week job, Monday-Friday, hours generally 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.
-Pay: Oregon minimum wage.
