The Pasero Scholarship has been provided in memory of George Pasero, a former sports reporter and columnist for the Oregon Journal and The Oregonian. For more than 30 years, George Pasero defined sports reporting in Oregon.The Pasero Scholarship provides support for students in the School of Journalism and Communication with career interests in sports journalism.
